We loved the concept and the decor of Casa 33. It was totally different from your other hotels. The open reception area was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were more than ready to help us with all our needs. Location wise, short drive away from all the tourist attractions. Room could accommodate a family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Great experience.

Good service from staff, offered to carry your luggage up and down. Replenishes your mineral water daily even though we did not drink it for the first 2 days. Changes fresh towel for us daily too. Love the ambience and the whole hotel is very aesthetic. Toilet size just nice, not overly cramped. We have no issue with hot water, it turn hot within 10s through out our stay. Has a nice cafe downstairs, their cakes, pastries and drinks are quite good. The venue is convenient, walking distance to 2 cafes (away coffee & lagom house) and within 5mins walk to 711. Aircon is strong, has smart TV which allows you to watch youtube, prime etc but need to sign into your own account. Hotel venue is easy to find as grab food driver does not have issue locating us. Drinks in the fridge is foc, hotel did not collect deposit from us during check-in too. Not sure if it's because we already fully paid before arriving. Hair dryer and universal plug is provided. Got bidet.

Hotel is small and clean, trendy design and friendly staff. I didn't realised the lady staff who on duty sunday about 9.30am, she was sweeping the floor at lobby but she over heard me and my friend discussed where to have hatyai fried chicken. She then give us a few suggestion and explain why she chooses that.

What did I like about the property? EVERYTHING!! The hotel itself is sooo nice. As you can see in the photo, that is what you’ll get. The service? Boom! Best service I’ve experience before. They even collect our luggage from the moment we arrived with van. They even provide us welcome drink, really friendly staff, nice environment. What else do you want? This is soooooo perfect!

This was a wonderful stay. The staff are all so welcoming and the level of customer service is what I would expect at a much more expensive hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for many years and I was genuinely very impressed with the thought, care and kindness that the staff show to all guests. Thank you so much ka. Location was good for me as I don't care about being close to the malls. I liked the local area very much and there were some good restaurants and a 24 hour laundromat close. It was a $2 cab ride to the main city centre. Rooms were very comfortable and the bed was great.

All the staff members were extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were super clean and the property was beautiful. The property is also very easy to locate. The property is quite some distance from other places, but taking Grab is very easy and there are also a few very famous restaurants that are within walking distance.

No words can describe how much I love this place! The moment i stepped into lobby, I was mesmerised by the minimalist-santorini vibe of the hotel. We had been served a refreshing drink by the friendly staff and their hospitality is top notch. The parking space is quite limited but we can park by the roadside. The hotel is attached to a small cafe below, it’s not halal unfortunately. But, you have a countless of photographs spots. I will definitely come here again, soon.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive to guests and did everything they could for the guest to have a great time. There is also a nice cafe that shares territory with the hotel, where hotel guest are entitled to a discount.

Nice and clean. Staffs were very polite can speak English very well. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I did not have problems or sore neck the day after which I usually get if the pillow was too hard. The hotel did pretty good job for management and architecture. Lovely local people and easy to find local to eat. Recommend to hire the scooter to explore the city.

I like the aesthetic design of the hotel, it is all white that makes it looks so spacious. There is a security guard at night that would supervise the parking area so you will feel secured and your vehicle is safe.
